Carroll, we and Happy Home have been together for a long time since ours was one of the first houses you started cleaning
when Happy Home opened for business. Our team has changed a few times over the years, but have always been excellent
and we've all weathered the ups and downs – both ours and yours – of the years. We especially appreciate that you've
always been able to work around – or with – the variety of pets we've had, the renovations going on and any guests
who might have been with us on cleaning day. The job has always been well done whatever the circumstances and I feel lucky to have found such a dependable and friendly company all those years ago!
I take it Mark is much more involved in the business now, pretty much running it, and we wish him much
success in filling your shoes at the helm!

Dear Carrol,
I have been using your cleaning service for over 20 years and I wanted you to know that I am just as pleased as I was when you first started cleaning my house. In all that time I have only had a change in teams once, which demonstrates to me the stability you instil in your staff. My present team is efficient, friendly and always seem to do that little extra. Obviously they take pride in what they do. It is so nice to come home and enjoy the fruits of their labour and not mine.
